We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion. Our stock is NOT guaranteed; the webstore shares its inventory with a brick and mortar store, updates to the inventory are not immediate. We also reserve the right to limit the quantity of an item per order.
We try to keep our inventory (thousands of SKUs) and site listings as up to date and correct as possible, but sometimes, an error may occur. In the case of an unavailable issue or incorrect solicitation, we may have to refund or adjust your order. Remember, if its too good to be true, like a Thanos #13 for cover price, it probably is the result of incorrect inventory.
The cover art show is provided from the publisher's solicitation. Sometimes, the publisher does not provide the trade dress (title) or even changes the cover art from the solicitation. As a result, we cannot guarantee cover art. The cover art may be different than what is shown. If you are looking for a virgin variant, that information would be found in the title listing.
We do not price match to sales.
Items are listed as either in-stock or pre-order.
Shown cover art is a stock image that is provided by the publisher/distributor. Very rarely, the cover art is different than what is shown due to a publisher/distributor error.
Pre-order cover art may not show trade dress (title).
